Shipping Methods and Charges
Clothing, bedding and accessories are usually shipped via ground service through the United States Postal Services, UPS or FedEx.
Furniture, Artwork and heavier items require special consideration in shipping and delivery. Because these items are large and heavy, they may require to be delivered via carrier service. As a result, these oversized items may incur a Standard Delivery shipping surcharge in addition to the regular shipping charges noted below.

If you have ordered items from Grammy and Gee that are to be delivered via carrier your order may be shipped by an in-home freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You will be contacted to set up a time of delivery and must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. If the delivery time is missed you may incur a fee for the missed appointment. As the consumer you will be responsible for contacting the delivery service if any problems occur with the delivery or otherwise. Please make sure to take down all information about the carrier company that is being used to deliver your goods in case you need to contact them for any reason.
Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to Grammy and Gee at the time of delivery by calling us at 850-386-1100. Grammy and Gee must be notified immediately and all instances must be put in writing within 24 hours of the problem occurring and faxed to 850.386.1700. Please include your name, address, phone number, the receipt of items purchased and a detailed description of the problem with delivery.
All other standard deliveries items will be placed outside your front door and do not need to be signed for.
International Orders
At this time, Grammy and Gee can not ship merchandise outside the Continental United States. Please contact us at 850.386.1100 for special freight costs outside of our shipping area and we will try to accommodate you.

Sales Tax
If your order is being shipped within Florida, we are required to add a 7.5% sales tax to your total.
Shipping Time
Items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed. If any items are unavailable or on backorder you will be notified at the time of purchase via email.
Return Policy
We will return or exchange any items returned to us within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of monogrammed/personalized items, custom orders (including furniture and artwork) or used merchandise. Customers must have a receipt and tags still attached. All sales are final on Sale Items.

Shipping and handling are not refundable. You will receive exchanges or refunds within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the merchandise.

Monogramming Information
Please read all monogramming information and requirements before ordering.
For monogram, please enter three initials in this order: First, Last, Middle. For example, if the name is William James Parker, enter "WPJ". If you are ordering just a name enter only the name as you want it to appear on the item. "William" or for a single initial enter only that initial "W".
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for additional shipping time if personalizing an item. |
